Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore the full workflow, create rentals, send renter links, run inspections, and export evidence before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
VettyDrive accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing with net-30 terms.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a per-rental or per-renter fee?
No. VettyDrive charges a flat monthly subscription fee based on your plan tier and does not take commission on bookings. Optional third-party add-ons, such as automated insurance verification, may carry disclosed usage charges when enabled. Canopy Connect is currently modeled at $4.00 per successful verification pull.
What happens if I exceed my vehicle limit?
Each plan has a vehicle limit. If you approach the limit, the dashboard will notify you. To add more vehicles, upgrade to a higher plan that accommodates your fleet size.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is available for export during and after cancellation.
